Retrospective bust of a woman

This year's temporary exhibition in Púbol is dedicated to the sculpture of Salvador Dalí and is entitled Retrospective bust of a woman. It will be open to the public from the 24th March 2015 until 10 January 2016. This is the first time that the Dalí Foundation has organised an exhibition dedicated to sculpture.

The show Media Dalí consists of 250 pieces: 12 paintings and 2 original drawings by Salvador Dalí, 205 magazines, period newspapers and advertisements, and 30 objects coming from the artist's workshop. It will be on show until 15 February 2016.

The Salvador Dalí exhibition is the largest anthological exhibition of the artist's work ever held in the country. It includes a total amount of 220 pieces: 164 works of art and 56 documents.

Temporary loan of one of Salvador Dalí's most emblematic works: Girl at a window, from 1925. The painting has been loaned by the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid for three months as part of an exchange between the two institutions. The Dalí Foundation has, in turn, loaned the Reina Sofía Museum another portrait of Anna Maria, entitled Portrait of my sister, painted in the same year.
