The director-general of Corporació Catalana de Ràdio i Televisió (CCRTV: Catalan Radio and Television Corporation), Vicenç Villatoro, and the chairman of the Fundació Gala-Salvador Dalí, Ramon Boixadós, have signed a membership document by which the Corporation becomes a Collaborating Entity for Dalí Year 2004. The document was signed at the Hotel Empordà in Figueres, the hotel being another of the centenary collaborating entities.
Under this agreement, the CCRTV undertakes to lend support to broadcasting of the centenary inaugural events and celebrations and to play a part in promoting the activities forming part of Dalí Year 2004. In recognition of this contribution, the Fundació Gala-Salvador Dalí will allow CCRTV to use the official logo of the year in any advertising it deems pertinent, in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Foundation.
