On 26th June, 2003, at a press conference, Hotel Empordà was presented as a collaborating enterprise that had joined Dalí Year 2004.
The protocol was signed by Jaume Subirós, Manager and Director of Hotel Empordà, and Ramon Boixadós, President of the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation. It sets out the agreement that the hotel, traditionally held to be one of Girona province’s most prestigious, will be placing its services at the organisation’s disposal for the centenary inauguration events to be held in the city of Figueres.
