On 12 January 2011 the Fundació Gala-Salvador Dalí reported that in 2010 the Dalí museums had received a total of 1,330,525 visitors, a figure that was 8.16% higher than for 2009.
Broken down by museums, the visitor figures were:
Dalí Theatre-Museum: 881,405 visitors, up by 5.16%;
Dalí·Jewels gallery: 236,816 visitors, up by 17.49%;
Gala Dalí Castle in Púbol: 106,196 visitors, with an increase of 21.16%
Salvador Dalí House in Portlligat: 106,105 visitors, with an increase of 3.27%.
We might note that the Salvador Dalí House in Portlligat opened to the public on 9 February, while the Gala Dalí Castle in Púbol opened on 13 March.
