The Dallibres exhibition was inaugurated at noon today at the Gala Dalí Castle Museum-House in Púbol, in the Baix Empordà region.
José Manuel Lara Bosch, Chairman of the Grupo Planeta publishing house, was in attendance. Ramon Boixadós, Chairman, and Montse Aguer, Director of the Centre for Dalinian Studies, were there on behalf of the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation.
The exhibition housed at the Púbol House-Museum is curated by Montse Aguer and is dedicated to Books and Reading Year for the year 2005. It mainly consists of photographs of Salvador Dalí and Gala taken by photographers of the standing of Brassaï, Man Ray, Eric Schaal, Català Roca, Ricard Sans, Juan Gyenes and Meli. Some oil paintings, drawings, illustrations for books, first editions, etc. are also on exhibition. Like each season, the exhibition can be visited at the Púbol House-Museum up to 31 December 2005.
