Organized by the Fundació Gala-Salvador Dalí, eith the collaboration of the Sakıp Sabancı Museum (SSM) and the sponsorship of Akbank, Salvador Dalí: a Surrealist in Istanbul had the largest number of works from the Dalí Foundation collection ever to have been taken to an exhibition held outside our own facilities.
Offering a chronological overview of Dalí's artistic trajectory, it showed outstanding works in the various styles the painter cultivated, as a fruit of his mastery and his theoretical and practical knowledge of the history of art.
