Preservation programme of the prints and drawings
The preventive conservation programme for drawings and graphic works in the Fundació Gala Salvador Dalí collection aims to improve the conservation of the works by focusing on the storage system, the conservation materials and their location in the store room. The procedure consists of redistributing the conservation cases, which not only improves the condition of the collection, consisting of more than 3000 original drawings and some 1000 graphic works, but also facilitates accessibility for the consultation and handling of the works.
