Ramon Boixadós, Chairman of the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation, Montse Aguer, Dalí Centenary Commissioner and Director of the Centre for Dalinian Studies, and Albert Boadella, Director of the Els Joglars theatre company, today inaugurated at the Gala Dalí Castle in Púbol a temporary exhibition which can be seen until 31st December.
The exhibition brings together the original drawings Dalí made to accompany the text by Miguel de Cervantes.
During the event there were performances from the actors Ramon Fontserè and Xavier Boada, who gave those present an exclusive rendering of Dalí's quixotic duality. One of the actors, looking like Don Quixote, recited original words by the Empordà artist in impulsive tone, while the other, with Sancho Panza's beret and characteristic stance, discoursed on the same subjects, though from an (apparently) sensible standpoint.
