Observations
We know of the existence of this painting from a contemporary photograph, conserved in the Farabola archives in Vaiano Cremasco (Italy), of the exhibition at the Sala delle Cariatidi del Palazzo Reale de Milan from 7 to 28 October 1954. It was shown in the Casino in Knokke-Le Zoute in 1956, but we have no knowledge of its subsequent fate.
